Sparrow Soaps is a team effort between my good friend Michelle and I in hopes of creating a natural soap product

that not only is nourishing to your skin, but one that is spiritually nourishing as well. God cares for all of His creation and loves to lavish us with good things....if He considers even the smallest of sparrows...He cares deeply for all of us.

Our soaps are lovingly made the "old fashioned way", in small batches using skin softening, nourishing, and moisturizing oils and butters along with plenty of our own wholesome nourishing goats milk! We use saponified natural oils such as olive, coconut, palm, canola, jojoba, shea butter, grape seed, cocoa butter, to name a few. Other fine ingredients include honey, oatmeal, herbs, spices fragrance and essential oils. Each personally made and hand crafted bar of soap is cured for 4 weeks to insure a mild and wholesome product. We are proud of our soaps and are eager to please our customers.

Our bar soaps and most of our molded soaps are a generous 4 plus ounces and are priced at $4.50 each. Smaller molds are priced at $3.00 each when available and are approx. 2.5 - 3 ounces.Prices do not include shipping cost . Shipping charges will be calculated and added to your order total if using PayPal. If ordering via our order form you must ad the appropriate amount indicated on the form.

Please email with your request. *Keep in mind that our natural soaps require a 4 week curing period.

Benefits of Goats Milk Soaps and Skin Care Products

Goat's milk based soaps have recently been rediscovered primarily due to the current research on milk proteins ... whey protein and lactic acid. Lactic acid helps smooth skin by exfoliation, and milk also contains Vitamins A and D, whose benefits include giving skin strength and suppleness. Goat's milk, has the same ph as human skin. Goats produce a high fat, creamy milk that's easily digested because its molecules are smaller than those of cow's milk. People allergic to cow's milk often drink goat's milk instead because of the protein profile of goat's milk, which more closely resembles that of human milk... and which makes goat milk easier to digest. The other upside of using goats' milk in products is the fact that goats are more easily farmed than cows as well as their ability to forage on all kinds of feed, are resistant to injury and disease and are providers of fiber, meat and milk.

Oatmeal,Milk & Honey: Our favorite and most requested bar. Saponified oils of: Olive; Palm; Coconut; Soybean and Coconut and are combined with rich goats milk,honey, finely ground oatmeal & a light hint of fragrance oil. Good choice for itchy skin.

Lavender Charcoal : If you need a soap that is purifying as well as nourishing, you've found it! Our charcoal is activated finely ground powder that is great for sensitive skins, or skins prone to exzcema or acne. We've included saponified oils of; olive, coconut, palm; soybean and canola and superfatted them with a generous amount of Jojoba and Sweet Almond oils. Calendula extract is also in there along with lavender essential oils and creamy goats milk.

Peppermint Patty: Creamy goats milk , sapponified oils of olive; coconut; palm; soybean and cocoa butter combined with our own farm grown peppermint to creat a nice bar of skin nourishng soap. Peppermint essential oil are added as well as cocoa powder for color.

Rosemary Mint: Farm grown peppermint and locally grown rosemary combine for a refreshing bar of skin nourishing soap. Goat's milk, sapponified oils of olive, cocoa butter,palm, coconut and soybean oil finish off this lovely bar of soap.

"Whimsies" Wash Towels!!: New in our soap shop are these adorable little 9" x9" 100% cotton face towels hand made by my sister in law as well as a very sweet senior lady at a local church. They pair up nicely with a bar of our gaot's milk soap as a lovely gift and are earth friendly and hold up well after many washings. Available in natural as shown at left as well as a variety of blues; greens and earth tones.
