Anika is our first miniature Toggenburg and we are very excited to see what she can do for us in the milk pail ! She is long and level with nice width, straight feet and legs. Her dam Starling was on milk test in 2010 and gave us nearly one gallon per day at peak. For those looking to ad dairy goats for family milk supply this might be excessive and so we are hoping that Birgitta will be able to cut that down just a bit yet still produce enough for the family table each day. She is our "shy girl" this year, but we're working on that!
